Josh was born in West Des Moines, Iowa, but has been living on the west side of Jacksonville since 2003. He has been a member of Promise Land Baptist Church since 2015 when he also received Jesus into his life in July 0f 2015.
In 2009, Josh met his wife Brooke and eventually the Lord drew them together later in life when they got married in 2018. They do not have any kids yet but are excitedly anticipating the Lord’s blessing.
Josh graduated from Edward H. White High School in 2010, and completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Pastoral Theology from Trinity Baptist College in 2021.
His favorite verse of Scripture is Romans 8:18 which says, “I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us.”
He enjoys playing disc golf, playing Xbox (his gamertag is RevJosh0724), sushi snobbing (Josh and Brooke’s sushi date night terminology), and taking trips together. Josh has been serving at PLBC since June of 2021.
